Little hole in the wall shop, big job performance. I have had my ABS replaced here, my radiator fan, my shocks with ball joints and my whole engine on my prius. Far cheaper than going to the dealership to get the work done. It might not be done right away since they have a lot of work to do but they will get around to it and the work will be thorough.

Ramzey did an excellent job replacing thehybrid battery in my Prius and fixing the AC. He went ahead and did other things that he saw I needed done as well like replacing the battery connection etc. Overall Great customer service.

Sam and his team are hands down the best hybrid technicians available. Don't let the size of their small shop fool you- these guys are true experts. They deeply understand every single aspect of how hybrid vehicles work, from the high-voltage battery systems to complex diagnostics. It is incredibly rare to find mechanics with this level of specialized knowledge, transparency, and dedication. If you drive a hybrid, skip the big dealerships and bring it here. You won't find a better, more knowledgeable crew to trust with your vehicle!

If you have a hybrid vehicle, you NEED to know about Sam's. I have an old Prius Hybrid that we adore because it's so reliable and still gets fantastic gas mileage. Sadly our regular mechanic moved away from San Antonio so when I had an issue with my car, I took it to someone new who is not a hybrid expert. It cost me an engine. I found Sam thru Google reviews and called immediately for an appointment. Sam couldn't see us right away but I did get an appt a week later. He went over the car carefully and found that my engine was now shot because the previous mechanic was not well versed on hybrids. Sam was able to get me a barely used engine and install it for far less than the cost of a new used car. He also repaired a ton of little things on the car so that it honestly feels and drives like a brand new car. Plus he explains all of the issues and shows you everything he does on your vehicle. He's honest, fair and he doesn't jack up the price of the work midway through. Sam only works on hybrid vehicles so you can't take other cars to him but if you have a hybrid, he's a man you want to know. He also doesn't take credit cards but he makes that clear immediately. Sam is the guru for hybrids! He knows on and out of a hybrid vehicle . Dr Hybrid. He transparent, fair and trustworthy. He fixed my Ford Fusion hybrid for the fraction of the cost of a dealer. Thought it was the EV battery and ultimately was the pump. He is the best. Highly recommend for you hybrid vehicle
